I'm gonna start with just one tabs of the 50 mg winny tabs, is t here any reason I should take half in the am, and half at night, I"m not sure of what t he half life is, anyone kow, or better yet, anyone who just took one tab a day, how did u take it, all at once, or split into halves     | ||

i used to take one in the morning and one at night along with a test jab its ok by me |
