I tried going heavy and intense, but that wasn't working for me, so I changed to high reps....basically, blasting them on each set. That seems to working great. Do a variety of movements as well. ------------------

This is my take. You use them everyday, so you need to shock them. Heavy!!!!!! Slow!!!!!! Every other day!!!!
