Are you training natural? I find my calves don't grow unless I am using. ![]()

I tried going heavy and intense, but that wasn't working for me, so I changed to high reps....basically, blasting them on each set. That seems to working great. Do a variety of movements as well. ------------------

This is my take. You use them everyday, so you need to shock them. Heavy!!!!!! Slow!!!!!! Every other day!!!! I only get results by using as much wieght for 10 to 12 slow reps. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime." ![]()

Training calves is extremely hard, however, if you stay on top of your training splits and lift heavy, they will grow! Mass Monster ![]()
