What type of workout would you do with 250mgs Sus250 400mgs Ultragon Also have nol. and clomid Would you suggest heavy weights with lower reps or lighter weights w/ higher reps? it depends on wot ur body responds to best.every ones body responds to different types of training. if u've been training for 5 years u should kno wot ur body responds to so keep training with that in mind. but with sus u could train any number of ways and still gain loads of muscle. i personally trained with high sets for compound movements(6-10) at medium reps(5-8). but only u kno how ur body works bro, so happy training. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

protein consumption is key-make sure you are getting 2 grams of protein per pound that you weigh and watch the fat-carbs are ok as long as they're complex-you want to take advantage of your time on a cycle and build quality muscle. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
