Well, I've been back in the gym for about a week now, and I'm weak as shit. My shoulder hurts on just about every F'ing exercise. I tore a rotor cuff and had surgery, the surgeon found that a perforated lining as well. Take it easy, I am in the same boat, but it is starting to recover from the surgery, don't over do it as you may hurt yourself. I had a fucked up shoulder too. The MRI showed a slight tear in the rotator cuff and instability in the tendon. The doc scheduled microscopic sugery. I never went. I had sever pain lifting. The Naproxen helped but not like gear. I have doe two cycles now and guess what?? My shoulder feels great! After my second cycle my shoulder grew quite a bit. They don't hurt at all now. Is this possible?? It has been two months post cycle and I am still pain free. Gear cures all!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

This couldnt be the real Cuban....he cursed in his subject line...heh..heh..heh..heh..heh....just razzing you man. Hey I was just there man. My shoulder fucking hurts everytime I bench, curl too heavy, and I still cant do skullcrushers. When I got back to the gym the first of Jan. my bench had fallen off to 175lbs. It climbing back up there slowly but surely, as its now 275lbs. Hang in there brother, I cant say the pain is going to go away anytime soon but youll thank God for muscle memory.
