a week ago,five d bol a day,250mil's sus'300 deca.5'9" 185 19%bf doing a six week cycle.focus the last 3 month's has been on cardio to drop the bf first,was going for 10%got half way.good enough for now.i will post result's in about five week's here goes nothing.oh low fat low carb.high pro diet.six small meal's.pro drink's etc.etc.etc. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

havent weighed my self since i started,dont see the point,i'll do that a week or so after i finish'when the water is gone.day ten 'still ain't noticed any strengh gain or major pump's freom the d-bol.The sus-deca won't kick in for a week or two. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
