It really just depends on the individual. Its a long road figuring out what your body can/can't tolerate. No one really understands unless they have it or something like it (colitis, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, IBS-c, IBS-d, crones disease). Usually (but not always) people have more than one of the above afflictions which often set eachother off, sometimes for no apparent reason. I have diverticulitis/osis and IBS-c (which is usually followed by IBS-d). In my case all I can really do is maintain a good diet that includes high amounts of fiber (around 30g) and thank God for all the days I dont have a flare up. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
