my roommate has been whacking winny ed in the tri's, they are all discolored adn lumpy,,,anyone else ever seen this?     | ||

I don't know anything about winny, but do you have to stick your self in the arm? I would think it would hurt quite a bit to stick yourself in the tricepts. If it is discolored as in blue/brown, It means you have minor internal bleeding, you may have cut a vein, simple bruise and should go away in ten days. | ||

Tell him to rotate in 2 other sites. Delts and bis would work. | ||

im not an expert but i know from experience that it could either be dirty shit hes using or hes not going in deep enough into the muscle belly. hope this helps. peace and stay large |
