Meet me at the gym Monday for my first day back. I'm through with all this cardio and dieting for the next 6 weeks. It's time to be gettingbloated. Actually I'm all stocked up on Armidex so this time I shouldn't hold so much water that I can only walk 5 feet before my back gives out. Stop putting salt in your water bottle and some of that water you're holding will start to clear out. | ||
