I live in the L.A. area, over 30yo and was wondering if my insurance would cover me for HGH and if there is a doctor that could prescribe me HGH?

Unless you're a dwarf, you can pretty much forget about the insurance company paying for it.
The good news is that you shouldn't have much trouble finding someone to prescribe it for you. The "anti-aging" clinics are pretty expensive, so you should probably stay away from them. You might want to start by visiting a sports med doc.
