Chest workout yesterday: Hammerstrength incline machine 4 plates plus a quarter on each side. Got a good solid eight reps. Hammerstrength flat bench, 4 plates plus a quarter per side, eight solid reps. Incline dumbell flyes with 80's, nice and solid. I am 5'5" 175 pounds. Is that good? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
