Yes, 1 mg per tab, but 1 mg goes a long way. Since you're asking that question, you may not know the recommended dosage so here goes...try cutting the tab in half with a sharp knife or a pill splitter and take one of those halves twice per week. It's powerful stuff and also expensive as I'm sure you've found out. Sorry if you knew this already. | ||
