Well, first of all, how old are you? Any bulking cycle must consist of a high calorie intake and of course plenty of protein, at least 1 1/2 mgs of your body weight daily... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would shoot for 250-300grams of Protein. Deca will work well, but you will not blow up on Deca alone. What you gain you should keep but don't expect too much. The EAS simply protein is what I am using now pretty cheap and tastes good, but they all basically work just don't buy a no name brand pay the extra dollar. Make sure you are getting the calories too you may want to mix your protein with fruit juice to get some extra calories. Good luck ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
