Also, do you rub the Fina in, or do you just sprinkle it over the DMSO?

leave on for about 8 hours. a good time to do this is before you go to bed. put it on your ankles rapped with plastic rap and an ace bandage.

I leave it on about 3 hours with the plastic and ace wrap. You do rub the fina into the DMSO.
