It is very dangerous as your blood sugar levels will go lower during training anyway. You are making it far easier to slip into a hypoglycemic attack much quicker plus the signs are harder to spot. We get hot sweaty and dizzy during training anyway making it harder to notice it coming on. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I too have done this. I take a carb force and mix creatine and glutamine in and drink half as I start my workout and sip the rest throughout the next 30 mins. I never had any problems.
