I have a really fast metabolism, so I never really even consider fat content, just Calories and P (although I like to stay away from th junkfood). I eat a banana and bowl of cereal in morning. I buy a lot of hamburger meat and boneless chiken breasts to make hamburger or chicken helper (I use 2 lb. meat instead of one). I put it in tuperware and eat it twice a day. I eat a ribeye practically every night. I also eat protein shakes after meals and weight gain shakes in between. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
