i plan on taking 8-10 2.5mg tabs a day of the stenox halotestin...i was wondering when the best time to take them is or if i should spread them out through the day...also should they be taken on an empty stomach....thanks

spead them out throughout the day if you can. dude that shit is potent so be careful. And yes, take it with food.
