Flex your bi and mark where the top of your bicep peak is at. Put your arm flat and relax it. Insert your needle on the top of your bi where you marked your peak. I push strait in and inject. | ||

How far do u inject. I was told the arms had a lot of arteries and nerves in it, thats why i have been nervous about it | ||

I go in about 3/4". Bi injections are often painful for a couple days so, make sure you want to do it. | ||
