i have a bro that is pretty heavy and he wants to loose most of his fat. i told him that diet and cardio are very important to do, but he wants a little help. he is probably 27-28% bf. should i recommend a e/c/a stack, or some clen or both? he has alot of weight to loose. thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i think most people on here would suggest empty stomach cardio in the mornings with 2weeks eca, 2weeks clen rotating. also diet. no carbs after 4. low fat high protein in all meals... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
