Anyone know why this is.... Prior to leg workouts and during warm up my legs feel "sore" or a mild pain where my quad "teardrops". I warm up on a bike, then leg press before squats. The pain/soreness subsides about half way through my leg press sets. Then for about a day after a leg workout I don't feel the pain/soreness, but several days afterwords it returns (even when walking up steps etc. at work) Do I need to stretch more? is it genetics? It isn't really uncomfortable, it just doesn't seem normal. I only work legs once a week... ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
