I have a friend that received some GH but they forgot to include the bac water. Is there something else that can be used? (sterile water, or if you can buy bac water). Keep in mind he got this from a Chinese man. Also, it came in 4 iu bottles, so however he mixes this, if he wants 4 iu's a day, he shoots the whole mix, correct? And if he want s 2 iu's he shoots have the mix---or is there a definite measurement for mixing this stuff?? Also curious if anyone shoots in the stomach area for "spot reduction"?     | ||

Yes spot injections work. I have heard of many people shooting in their stomach and the fat just falls off. | ||
