have you found that you can punish your muscle groups with more sets and possibly hit 'em more times per week when you are on the gear? Beings that generally when you are a pure natural you cannot overwork your muscles either with too many sets or too many times a week, generally once hard per week is the rule of thumb for gaining quality mass. With 1 gram or more of test I can do each body part 3 times a week and not overtrain as long as I get alot of food and rest. But each person is different. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I agree also. AS helps your muscles recover quicker, so I think one could work each group more than once a week. When I'm on, I work everything twice except legs(cause I hate leg days). When I'm off, I work everything once a week. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
