I was thinkin of taking my Nolva to get rid of some water retention. I am using EQ too. Does that help with water retention as well? How should i take the Nolva to get rid of water and should I wait until my cylce is over or do it now because i am towards the end. does it matter when you take them. like with an empty stomach or not. thanks bros. any info is greatly appreciated.    | ||

my understanding is nolva is for gyno. arimidex is for water retention. ------------------  | ||

i have seen some people say that you can take novladex and it won't effect your gains i really don't know.but man the prie for arimidex is out of this world for a little 1mg tab damn it is high to me a while to find it also . | ||

arimidex is good for water retention caused by excess estrogen only. Since EQ converts to estro, you should get some arimidex. Also drink lots of water and avoid excess salt. I take clen sometimes to get rid of water and that helps out alot ------------------ MustangRacer27 | ||

yeah but when do i take it and with what dosages. after my cycle with the clomid or at the last few weeks which i am at? |
