i've been researching all day and this is what i have come up with. i have 100 T3, 100 oxyflux, and 40 zambon winny amps. WINNY:50mg ED CLEN: 2 weeks on/2 off with eca on off weeks...unsure of how many a day though? T3:11111112222222333333322222221111111 very clean diet (1500-1800 cal) ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I LIKE IT! I WOULD ADD SOME FAST ACTING TEST TO THE STACK TO HELP KEEP MORE OF YOUR MUSCLE WHILE ON CYTOMEL BECAUSE IT IS VERY CATABOLIC. 50MG/ED OF WINNY SHOULD BE NICE BUT IF AT ALL POSSABLE I WOULD THROW IN SOME TEST AND USE EITHER ARIMIDEX OR NOLVA TO KEEP WATER DOWN. from what i have read i thought that clen was anticatabolic and the cytomel was catabolic. the winny along with the clen was going to preserve my muscle from my current cycle. also how much clen should i take? and for how many weeks total? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I WOULD GO 2 WEEKS ON AND 2 WEEKS OFF ON THE CLEN THROUGH OUT THE CYCLE. SOME PEOPLE REACT BETTER TO CLEN THEN OTHER SO I CAN'T REALLY GIVE YOU A DOSE TO TAKE. Your T3 looks to be in line. Just remember to take it with a taper and for only 6 weeks. The Winny will do fine, but test would do better (IMO). Take the Clen 3 a day upping it every day for the first 4-5 days, then up it until you hit your max (your max will be when you body starts to shake) and quit after 2 weeks. Cycle that with ECA like you are going to and no longer than 12 weeks. Your cals are going to be very low. Remember the T3/CLEN/E/C/A cutting cycle is made so you can be sloppy with your diet. So, that low of cals, you will cutt up fast. Remember to keep protein high and I would go 2000-2500 cals. Anyway looks like my cutting diet, GOOD LUCK! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
