Hopefully someone can help me here. I am in week 8 of my cycle, and now that the deca is up to 400mg/week I have been losing weight. My muscles are a little harder than before, but not growing much lately. My calories are where they have been all cycle long, which has allowed me to grow up until now, and I am taking in lots of protein. What the fuck is going on? RICO ![]() | ||

maybe over doing it in the gym, not enough recover time. need plenty of rest, at least 8 good hours. drink lots of water. or maybe stress? stress kills. ------------------ ![]() | ||

Deca is a very good fat burner as it enhances glucose cearance. How many Kcals per pound are you eating? Shoot for 30Kcal/pound and 3g/lb of protein. Trust me, you will grow.... Godspeed ![]() | ||
