I have done research and cant find any information on how much your strength increases with equipoise. Any one know?    | ||

before my last show in july i was cutting up big time, so i threw in 450mg of eq a week, my strength went back up about a week later. i didnt use anything else so i would say it has some strength possiblities  | ||

some increase but not much-and I've only seen it 400mg/week and up. ------------------ | ||

well, not too sure if it was the Equipoise becuase i used some test with it.. but i was using 300mgs of EQ a week and my bench went up a whole 90LBS in 6 weeks!! damn that felt good. ------------------ |
