once a week, just as you regularly train for mass. throw in the occasional 20 rep set of squats. genetics, the amount of quad mass you have, diet, and cardio are all keys to having striations....so the harder you work on the factors you can control (dit, cardio, posing, etc.) the more they will compensate for the factors you cannot control (genetics) PA ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
