Ok, I am about to start my first cycle after months of research and hanging around this board. I am doing 16 amps of omna and d-bols. What would be the best lifting split/routine to maximine my mass gains? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

that is a great cycle. Done one myself. I do chest and tri's on monday. Tuesday I do legs, (I aslo give my quad shot on leg day). Wed abs and cardio. Thursday bach and bi's.
