I just started drinking weight gainer.A brand made by kaizen nutrition called Ultra Mass.It has a mix of time released proteins(Some egg,Some milk isolate,Whey Isolate).First day drinkin it today.I had fuckin volcano ass.I was on the shitter at work just blowin gas.I swear i blew gas for 3 minutes straight.People walked in the bathroom laughin their ass off.I didnt think it was very funny.Fuckin ruined my day.Anyway has anyone ever tried this shit.Is there some kind of lactose in there.I think im slightly lactose intolerant but maybe it was something else.Can anyone tell me about this stuff(Kaizen/Ultra Mass weight gainer).     | ||
