It can be shot once a week effectively, however, i shoot mine twice because I mix it with my eq...every monday and thursday. | ||

I think levels remain more constant with bi-weekly injections, but one per week is certainly fine. -TG | ||

I would do twice a week. Enanthate reaches peak level 2-3 days after injection then steadily declines. After seven days levels have fallen a fair amount from days two and three. So by shooting twice a week you are able to maintain that peak concentration of test in the body. |
