I got a right wrist tendinitis on late december by doing a heavy Dumbell shoulder press. The Doc told me that with the help of a phisical therapist I would be ok in a few weeks. It has been two months and I�m still with the injury even thought I feel better. WTF!!! Two months to trash!! I have loose 10 pounds!! Have anyone have tendinitis???
