I recently had to dismiss about 15 amos of enanthate for different reasons...

Anyway would this be acceptable to run the enanthate at 1000mg until week 6 then week 6-10 run suspension at 1000mg until week 10?

Yes. As long as you switch to a similar acting or faster acting ester or suspension it should be no problem.
