Any AS can be injected into any muscle group. As far as localized growth. There is arguements from both sides of the table. Try it and find out for yourself.  | ||

Any injectable form of AS is to be taken intramuscular, meaning any part of the body that contains high muscle fibers those include: glutes, quadriceps, and deltoids. This might not be the same for synthol, beacuse it strictly targets the muscle beign injected.. ------------------ | ||

shoulder,leg,butt its all the same.300 to 600 should work fine.keep bending the bar | ||

I inject my eq only in the delts...The only place I inject actualy....I use a 23 guage and never more than 2 ccs at a time.....go for it..I love eq! |
