Don't know about that thread you're referring to but I know that there is a product called creatine edge that uses an effervescent formula. It's supposed to help increase absorbtion 95%. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I don't have the article to suppourt but it appears you are looking for the creatine effect that is spiked (effervesent0 (spelled wrong). My understanding from the article is it won't work as effective with alka seltzer. I can't recall why though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
