I am coming off my first cycle and would like to know what kinds of routines work the best for you guys. Right now I will continue doing 1 body part per day but will decrease the # of sets to between 8-12 depending on body part size. What worked the best for you guys after a cycle? ![]() | ||

Try to keep your diet the same. Cut the hours in the gym and get more rest. Your body will not recup. as it does while juicing. ------------------

I tend to lower the weight a bit(out of necessity) and do more reps, and keep eating. ![]() | ||

I supplement with 20 to 30grams of glutamine while "off" to help with the soreness. Glucosamine/chondriton help with the joints also. I alway decrease weight and reps. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime." ![]() |
