Personally I disagree, scientific and medical studies have shown that those ratios he mentioned are plain wrong. Carbs are needed to shuttle the protein and the most simple carbs are best, however post workout is the time your body needs protein and I doubt it will all go to waste if you dont consume that many carbs. Mix the drink with fat free milk and you have the simple carbs you need. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
