well itdepends on what your looking to do to them, what are they like? every leg workout should be changed up every 4 weeks, then hit them with sets of 20-30 to shock them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Bro, try this approach I found out about in a book called "Super Squats" Week 1 Whatever weight is comfortable X 20 Week 2 Add 10# x 20 thru Week 6 Concentrate on inhaling deeply before exertion, holding your breath during the motion down, and exhaling during your thrust upward! This routine alone (with nothing else for legs during this 6 week "cycle") worked wonders for me! Try it, or better yet, go to your local public library, check out the book and go for it! Basic heavy movements. Squats, Hack squats, leg presses, smith machine squats here and there will do it. Like they said, I will do a day of just super sets here and there, non stop. Don't really count sets but you will know when you are done. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You should break it up into 2 workouts (I do them the same day, 5 hours apart). Workout A Workout B Your legs will get fucking huge fucking quick. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
