Personally I think u can use dbol right up to the show!Like Adrol it will help retain size,fullness,and vascularity.As long as u use an anti-estrogen,keep you diet very low sodium the last week,and perhaps use a mild diuretic you will be pleased with how PUMPED you feel contest day! ------------------ |
