Everyday I examine my workout and seek to further improve it. I recently cut my workout out from 5 days to 3 a week. But I am concerned that I may be doing too many sets. I do 4-5(including a warmup) sets/3 excercises/bodypart. I am not on AS, and maybe I should be posting this on the training forum, but I want to see what kind of response I get here. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
