I had a salmonelle-intoxication, not sure if it came from eggs or other food.

I was 3 weeks in hospital, lost 14kg (and I was already cut) and much of my power.
My contest prep for this year is f*cked!!!

I know how you feel, 3 years ago I had a bad car accident only 4 weeks before a show. I have acheaved the same shape only 2 years later.

My brother had a similar problem with sea-food. It took him 6 months to gain his weight back, hope you get it sooner.
