No flame here, this is how you learn (although there is a level of common sense and also the "search" function - both of which you might want to get familiar with).

Anyway, there is no fixed mg per ml. what is fixed is that a cc (cubic centimeter) is the same as an ml (milliliter).
now what you wrote would show that you would get 10mls (or ccs) and that are 200mg per cc (or ml) - so that means that whole vial holds 10mls, and 10*200 would give you 2000mgs or 2 grams.
now you ask how long that will last for you? you don't say what it is, or how much you plan to use and/or at what frequency.
it would last one day if you shot it all at once, and it would last 10 weeks if you shot 1ml per week.
