How often do you guys train while "on". How many times a week do you guys hit each body part and how long is the duration. Also how many sets are you guys doing? Here's my routine Mon Chest 50min Cardio 20min Tues Legs 75min Wed Arms 75 min Thur Back and Shoulders 75 min Fri Cardio 20 min Sat Repeat cycle By the way i am taking 500mg sust/ 8 weeks.
