I was wondering if gains tend to last more on females than males, I'm about to finish a 9 week cycle of anavar and I would like to some ideas on how to keep my gains as long as I can , I'm very happy with my cycle so far I got cut ,hard and some mass gains, thanks.
 
There are just too many factors involved in this process, some under your control (such as diet and training), and others out of your control (genetics). So it is really hard to tell, but I would not dare to say that either men or women keep more muscles after a cycle. Not keeping the majority of the gains you made on your steroid cycle is usually the result of:
