Dosage of Aldactone for women

Could you ladies who compete give me some experiences/dosages with Aldactone,Have a girl at my gym wanting to use some.Any help appreciated.

BRO!...Aldactone is an androgen receptor antagonist... do not let her use it even if she is on roids......better choice is dyazide. Do a search on the net for the dose used to control hypertension and then take half that daily.

She could also try dandelion root as it does work a bit.

I posted on the anabolic board when this same question was asked and I posted

Diuretics went out with the square wheel.

and all the guys laughed at me and told me I was an idiot. Gotta love em, wait, no I don't

Diuretics are used all the time before a show and often before photo shoots.

true they are, but are they needed? no, you should be able to do enough with water/carb manipulation without having to resort to diuretics.

Sorry but I respectfully disagree.....not when you are at a high level of comp .
But I don't know why she wants to use diuretics as not enough info was given.
