As the the title says I did the 1 rep max wod for cross fit today, its week 6 for me... weight is 163lbs
tell me what you guys think!
squat 170lbs x 1(no note on this one.
deadlift 195lbs x 1(not off the ground off a 12in support)could go heavier but, i had nobody to check my form
shoulder press 135lbs x 1(did it seated to isolate the shoulders
