My mom just completed a Triathlon

she did the sprint course listed on that event website.
Sprint Course – 1/2K Swim, 20K Bike, 6K Run

She finished it under 3 hours, she didnt place or anything but I am still really proud of her. She's 44, been training for this event for a couple months.

I've already done the Peachtree Road Race 10K and several 75-100 mile bike rides. I just don't swim very often unless you count splashing in a pool.

nice, i hope i'm in that kind of shape when i'm around your mother's age. i don't think i could do that crap now

no kidding, I am 20 and I couldnt do that stuff right now. She had the hardest time with the run part, she had trained hard for the swimming and biking part though.

I know that I couldn't do one. I could do the ride, and maybe the run, but the swim would get me. I would sink.
