max ot cardio to elevate metabolism

Hey guys, this training has very high reviews on elevating your metabolic rate to lose weight and help burn stored fat , I was wondering if somebody has ever try it out and how often can you do it? is this something you can every day? thank you.

exercising 1-2 hours a day and following a well balanced diet in a calorie deficit will be your best bet to lose weight.

how intense your exercise is makes a difference.. obviously you will burn more calories sprinting for 15 minutes than you would walking.. but that doesn't mean walking still isn't good!

MAX OT cardio is just another name for high intensity interval training -> https://www.evolutionary.org/hiit-sprints-vs-liss-cardio

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) consists of short, maximum effort intense sprints performed several times with rest periods in between. This is regarded as the most effective way to burn fat when it comes to cardiovascular exercise. A typical HIIT session may look something like this:
  • 5 sets of 30 second 100% sprints with 2 minutes active rest in-between.
HIIT increases mitochondria biogenesis. What this means is that you are able to grow new and stronger mitochondria. Mitochondria are the “Power House” of the cells and improving them allows us to burn more fat. It will also enable us to improve insulin sensitivity, increase metabolic rate, and increase overall fitness levels.HIIT has also been shown to improve V02 Max which will allow you to train harder with more ease, and also recover faster between sets.

You definitely want to add in weight training as well. You will get a nice metabolism boost for 24-48 hours after a good session. With cardio, when you are done, the metabolism boost is done.
