How much energy expended during exercise

Does anyone have a list or a link to a website.....with a rough guide to energy expenditure for different exercises
for example:
cals used up while riding stationary bike
cals used up while walking
etc etc etc
??????

Im fully aware that each person will use up different amounts of energy and a lot of factors affect these numbers.......
so thats why i asked for a rough guide.

Found this in Men's Health. Has to do with calories lost during exercise and water lost as well.

EXERCISE CAL WATER
Weight Lifting 1hr 492 8oz
Swimming workout 615 10oz
Boxing workout 738 16oz
Softball game 615 16oz
Road run 5miles 640 22oz
basketball 45min 492 23oz
spinning class 769 23oz
bicycle ride 1hr 820 33oz
marathon 3875 66-116oz
 
pay no attention to that bullshit. most of the calories+fat burned, come AFTER a cardio workout.
Those are simply what you burn during the effort, but nothing as to how many you burn after the effort (when it really depends on your body).
