Fat loss journey

I decided to make a log. I believe it'll be very helpful. Trying to lose some access body fat without losing a lot if muscle. Not sure on body fat percentage but I'm 33 yrs old 6' 204lbs. Would like to get around the 195 range.

Mondays workout was...

Flat bench 185 3x5

Fly machine 85 3x12
Decline DB 45 3x10
Push ups 3x12
Tri pushdowns 50 2x10

20 minutes low/moderate cardio. (Jogging around the track)

Tuesday was an off day

Wednesdays workout was...

Deads 260 3x5

Lat pulls 3x12 100
Inverted rows 2x8
Cable rows 3x12 100
Hammer curl 2x10 30
20 cardio (moderate/low)

Thursday was off from lifting but did hiit
5 minute warm up, 10 minute sprints, 5 minute cool down.

Shit! Got my days mixed up!!! Didn't workout Monday or Tuesday. Family problems. Wed was first workout, Thurs was sprints, fri was the other. Damn it's been a long week. Getting it all straightened out mon. Apologies.
