I was thinking of just kicking him in his sack and asking him if that caused him anxiety. I have been taking lunesta a few times a week to catch up on sleep and that worked great and all of a sudden he wanted to try something else. The only psycological issue I have is (pussy I know) randomly throughout the week I will get all tight in the chest and throat. I have not ever been like this in my life. I am 29 yrs old and have done everything from 190mph on my bike every weekend to taking stupid dares and jumping out of moving vehicles. Now all of a sudden I get (scared) over daily life .... What gives???? I have been off the anabolics for a couple of months now after years of cycles on and off, not ever taking more than 12 weeks.
Don't think it's a sign of weakness bro. It's real that a part of your brain can become overactive and cause the symptoms your speaking of - it's a real disorder that causes real problems. Having said that, zoloft is a SSRI (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor), which in short, prevents serotonin from being reuptaken after it has been released into the synapse, thereby allowing it to exert it's effects for longer; it's thought that serotonin serves to calm you, thus is the reason why it's been the focus of so many pharmaceutical company's for deppression and anxiety. However, they really don't know how any of that shit works, and it's long term side effects are not well documented and poorly understood. IMO, low doses of marijuana can serve to calm you in the same way, and it's probably much safer, but unfortunately not legal

. Xanax, or any benzodiazipine for that matter, I would not reccomend for long-term anxiety simply due to the fact that there is an issue of tolerance with the drug, and xanax will depress a lot more of the brain than just the part that is causing you anxiety; I think it should only be used short-term (such as acute treatment for an anxiety attack). And having said all this, SSRI's are very beneficial for some people, but they also cause a lot of people sides (many they may not even be aware of).
But really, stuff like yoga and breathing practices can often be just as, if not more, beneficial than drugs can be at alieving anxiety (they have real physiological effects on the brain (just like drugs

) - all psychology has physiological roots).
But enough of this in a steroid forum, lol; I hope you feel better bro
