Does anyone know if Zocor if taken with an already low cholesterol level ie 3.8, would it cause any harm.

Assuming you are on AAS, I'd ask a doctor before throwing a statin like Zocor into the mix.
I know that statins can be hard on your liver so if you combine that with an AAS that is also hard on your liver you might be asking for trouble.
